Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Inspection Period: You have 5 days from receipt of your order to inspect items and request a return.
Return Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of handling beyond reasonable inspection.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or drop a mail with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return shipping instructions.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
